30- DAY SATISFACTION ASSURANCE

Congratulations on driving your new NeoTerra truck tires!
Our confidence, your comfortability. Within 30 days of purchase, if you or your driver are not completely satisfied with NeoTerra commercial truck tires, simply bring them back to the authorized dealer where you made the purchase for a full refund or exchange for a different set of tires. And, we will cover the cost of replacement tires installation!

60-DAY ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION

Rest easy from hard-to-avoid road hazards, you are covered under NeoTerra limited Road Hazard Warranty.

Every NeoTerra commercial truck tire designed and operated in an over-the-road application is covered for damage caused by normal road hazard condition within the first 4/32nd of tread life or 60 days from date of purchase, whichever comes first. Un-repairable tire will be replaced free of charge with a NEW NeoTerra tire.

Exclusions and conditions are listed under NeoTerra Standard Warranty.

LFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

For your peace of mind, Keter Tire USA warrants NeoTerra commercial truck tire products for defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original tread down to 2/32nd of measurable tread. The lifetimne of the original tread is defined tread that has worn down to 2/32nd measured in the fastest wearing groove. Keter Tire USA will replace the tire with another comparable NeoTerra tire for no charge during first 25% of original tread life and pro-rated replacement down to 2/32nd of remaining usable tread. Exclusions and owner's obligations are listed under NeoTerra Stan- dard Warranty.

CASING WARRANTY

Keter Tire USA warrants NeoTerra commercial truck tire for workmanship and materials at 100% through the first and second retread for a period of five (5) or six (6) years, depending on product, from date of purchase or date manufacturer without proof of purchase.
